The hotel is upscale and comfortable. The staff is affable. The breakfast is large and outstanding, with a lot of food. The location is amazing and absolutely perfect, with a bus stop within walking distance. I had a very good experience there.

In my room, I had an iron, a work desk, and even a cozy fireplace 🔥. The staff here were super helpful whenever I needed them. The location is great, close to the soccer stadium, museums, and the "Zona Piel" shopping area.

The service here was good, plus they have a shuttle to and from the airport. The location is great too since it's close to major shopping areas and the popular leather centers in the "Zona Piel". 🛍️

The location directly across the street from the leather district was a major plus for me. I was able to shop for a wide range of leather products, including jackets, shoes, belts, and bags at great prices. The hotel's proximity to this area made it convenient for me to explore and find the best deals. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptional, from the front desk to the restaurant. They were friendly, attentive, and made my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant food was surprisingly delicious, exceeding my expectations for a hotel restaurant.

This is a poor quality hotel and expensive for what they offer. You pay Only for the name but not for a quality room and service. This hotel has the most awful room I had stayed ever, old and smelly. It is a Shame that a holiday inn chain has a hotel like this as member. Never stay in this hotel please.

Great location, near Zona Piel. Good room amenities, comfortable bed, hot shower, AC, wifi. Delicious room service. Friendly and efficient staff. 24-hr parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, was amazing. The restaurant food was surprisingly delicious and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the museums, opera, and most importantly, the leather centers. We loved being able to easily shop for leather goods and enjoy the local food.

How a surveillance person bothered me I felt that he harassed me when I was going out to the parking lot to get into my car I had never seen him on the occasions that I have stayed treated me as a criminal I am very upset maybe I do not return to this hotel for that situation the facts were if I had a business meeting at 8am return to the hotel for the bill at about 10:30 after that I went to the room to get some personal things from my son and in the corridor we didn't find the one from the toilet we gave him a tip and we went to the parking lot to leave when a person was coming behind us and how he was bringing intentions to stop us but when he saw that we opened the car he pretended that he was going somewhere else and he stayed watching us in fact you can check it with the cameras the truth was already very late and he was in a hurry to return to claim me but because of that I felt humiliated and I think that I am going to stop staying with you now I am still an IHG member

Our room was well-maintained and had a safe for our belongings. 🛡️ Also, it's conveniently located close to an outlet mall, which was great for shopping.
